On tap at Toronado SD. Golden with a small head. Hoppy with citrus, grapefruit, some malt and light hay. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Poured up on tap at O'Brien's' where it exhibits a clear pale copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up floral and pine hops as well as a bit of biscuit malts. Taste delivers some nice grapefruit hop bitterness. It also gets a tad juicy and biscuit like into the finish with a modest yet persistent hop bitterness from front to back. Pretty nice IPA

Tap. Pours clear yellow gold, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma is very light, non-descript, line, a bit leafy. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Piney, a bit soapy. Medium body. Not where it’s at.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light caramel and light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with light sweetness.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a golden color wit ha small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma with weak piney hints. Fruity malty piney grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

On tap at Pizza Port San Clemente’s Hoptoberfest (and a small sample at Hollister the last time that I was there). Pours with a clear golden body and a large white head with great lacing. Aroma is catty, herbal, dank, and dry with tons of dry hopped, vegital, spicy hops. Flavors of orange and dry fruit, tons of citrus and bready malts. Lively bubbles, and a very dry finish. Very good!
