[ As Alnwick Canny Bevvy ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie - biscuit malt, caramel, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, weak flavor, biscuit, caramel, pale malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]

Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Ripe orange hops. Overarching dry floralness. Light dry finish. Modest bitter linger. Okay.
