Inspired by CAMRA’s People’s Pint initiative, our objective for this was a full-flavoured, low gravity ale to benefit from reduced duty and encourage pub drinking at the expense of supermarkets. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Few brewers have met the challenge as effectively of achieving such a full bodied, subtly hopped delight from a low alcohol beer.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Ripe orange hops. Overarching dry floralness. Light dry finish. Modest bitter linger. Okay.
