Looks good with a mahogany brown colour. Initial sessionable maltiness gives way to a light citric tartness in the finish.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry with modest fine carbonation. Big floralness, slightly bitter. Pithy grapefruit, little peel. Light dry finish. Strong floral and bitter linger. Decent bitter.
