Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, touch of roast. Good dark chocolate where the vanilla meets the dark malts. Fruity tang before the semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Not bad.
