Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Twisted Conscript ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, earthy, medicine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, medicine, earthy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]

Cask at the pigs ear festival... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft musty toffee fruit light smoke nose... Little iodine... Soft smoke iodine linger

Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry. mild fine carbonation. Light pale malts. An odd peaty vibe, mild TCP. Little citrus. A peaty golden? Weird!
