PINTA Modern Drinking, czyli wszystko, czego nauczyliśmy się na temat klasycznego West Coast IPA. Tylko jeden, ale za to bardzo charakterystyczny chmiel – Mosaic® – dodany w ogromnej ilości na ostatnie minuty gotowania oraz na czas leżakowania piwa. PINTA Modern Drinking – zawsze na czasie!

Składniki: woda; słody jęczmienne pale ale, Caraplils®; chmiel Mosaic® (USA): drożdże SafAle™ US-05.

Draught, 6.5%. Caramelly malt and caramelly hop aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with a good spicy hop note. High bitterness and slightly astringent.

Bright yellow colour with thin head. Some citrus peel notes but otherwise fairly plain. Carbonation is too low.

Bottle at hotel room, golden beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, malt, sweet, hops, taste is the same, bitter, long bitter dry aftertaste. Quite nice

On tap at Whippet Lab. Hazy golden with a white head. Sweetish with grapefruit, hay and some herbs. The finish was medium bitter.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga. 6,5% ABV.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops, fruits, flowers and nice bitter hops.
