Keg at Daga Brewpub (Fuxing Lu) , Shanghai. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Mild grapefruit aroma. Quite sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and ripe fruit. Resinous bitter finish. Potent, yet sterile. If that is possible...

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Boxing Cat Big Boy Double IPA ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, old hops, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, old hops, dried fruit, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, caramelly, some herbal and wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden and some mild toffeeish notes.
