Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Neuzeller UrCraft Bockbier ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, bread, oxidide malt, sweet malt, sour malt, lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, straw, caramel, sugary, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160831]

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of grainy malt, tart fruits. Taste of grainy malt, mild metallic hops, boring!

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of maltyness, some sourness, sweet finish.

Golden in the glass. The nose is grainy but fresh and round. The beer starts smooth and fresh, hints of sourness, round and malty. Smooth long and slightly sourish aftertaste. Not much bitterness there, hint of lemonade. Lots of malty sugars, round and grainy with hints of sourness. Dense and sticky but still dry. Interesting bock.

Heller, weicher Beginn mit getreidigen und trocken hefigen Noten. Kaum süß, alkoholische Nuancen. Hefig und weich im Mittelteil, mir hat das Bier zu wenig Kanten. Bockuntypisch, wenig herb, süßlich im Nachhall. 9/7/9/8/9/8
