On tap at Brouwer's for Big Wood, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma of vanilla upfront, bourbon, light molasses and wood. Flavour of dark roasted malt, vanilla, coffee and light wood barrels. Full-bodied and complex. Delicious.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Big bourbon aroma with malt. Bourbon and malt flavor with light vanilla and chocolate. Medium bodied. Bourbon and malt lingers with light vanilla and light chocolate.

On tap at Oakquinox. Not sure where my ratings disappeared to (its checked off as if I uploaded it from my notebook). Pours with a black body and a tan head with great retention. Aromas are fruity, estery, chocolate, coconut, toasted oak, barrel, and vanilla. Fudge. Flavors are smooth: chocolate, cocoa, coconut, fudge. Medium sweet finish. Medium bubbles. Estery, smooth, fruit and only mildly warming. One of my favorites of the day.
