Thanks to TimE for sharing the bottle at the tasting! The nose shows mostly brett and some dried apricot. The palate is very lightly carbonated but extremely tart on the first impression. Upon calming and getting used to the tartness, a very light oak/vanilla breathes through the beer. A bit overly tart for my opinion but too each their own.

Pours pale, straw, not much head nor carbonation. Aroma promises something acidic, vinegary, fresh still. Dry. Taste is quite acidic, easygoing and nicely drinkable especially in summer. Not much aftertaste, sharp cut.

Pale golden color no head. Doesn’t look that interesting. Big oaky and sour nose with lots of urine. Low carbonation, very sour with oak, but not overly complex, though some cobwebs show up. Too low carbonation but fairly enjoyable.
