Draft. Dark bronze beer with a light tan head. Nice woodsy smoke aroma with light bacon. Smoke and sweet malt flavor. Medium bodied. Smoke, woodsiness, and sweet malt lingers with light fruitiness.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown, golden and with no head. Aroma is dark toffee and caramelish, light breadish and with a vague smoke accent. Sweet caramelish flavoured. Mild smoke note slowly arrising from back of the nose. Underlying toffee caramelish flavoured. Smooth smoked finish.
