Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Snaggletooth Cos I’m a Lobster ].Clear medium to dark orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, thin, wood, fruity, citrus, hoppy, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141204]
