On tap at Barrelworks in Buellton. Labled as De La Casa #3. IT pours a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma reminds me of what a funky pilsner would be like. Lots of flowers and lemongrass with a hint of pepper. The flavor is milky and tart with some lemon and lime. A little pepper. Light bodied. Crushable.
