Pigs Ear. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry. Mild fine carbonation. Smooth dry malts, bitterish floralness. Bitterish esters. Light citric peel, also fairly bitter. Light dry finish. A bitter bastard but all right.
