On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This is a clear wood golden, almost whisky colored one, no head. It smells light early, wood and muskydusty. Iron and blood also? Not in a direct bad way though. It has a mild sourness in the taste, that with both apples and earthy pear. It's about average on the carbonation and it has a nice gliding texture in the mouth. Yellow apple sourness, making it slightly fresh. Not something I would drink loads of, but this sampler was really fine. 13.05.2016

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As B. Nektar Prickly Pear Cider ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple - pear, red apples. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, red apples, pear sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20160521]

Draught@CBC2016 (Yellow session). Pinkish orange colour, no head. Aroma is pear, some floral notes as well as mild fudgelike notes. Flavour is pear, apricot and mango in a good balance.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Golden. Aroma of apples, tropical fruits, a bit of alcohol. Sweet flavor with apples, some prickly pear. Medium-bodied.

No head. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet, apple cider, grass, berry skin, sour pears, caramel. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, apple cider, apple cores, pears, caramel, sorrel, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.
