Cask-conditioned at the Gravity Station, Cardiff 3/4/2016. Dark brown in colour, with next to no head. Some chocolate, brown sugar and and toasty malts before a gentle finish. Lacked condition, but Ok.

500ml bottle from Stori, Bala. Pours black, no discernible head. Aroma is lightly peppery. Taste is thin, verging on watery, some emerging roast, vague saltiness. I guess this is more in tune with a schwarzbier than a kolsch, although it does have a light smoothness to it. Very light, sessionable. Not bad.
