On tap at Novel. It pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is all apple juice. Lots of apple esters with minor notes of grainy malt. The flavor has a little more of the floral/spicy noble hops that you would expect with an earthy finish. More grains and not as much apple as in the aroma, thankfully. Pretty strong earthy bitterness. Dry and light bodied. Some solid toasty malts along with strong earthy bitterness makes for a bit of a harsh landing. Not bad though.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, nice lacing. Aroma of grains, light biscuit, grass, Noble hops. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Light body. Pretty clean example of the style
