On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a dark purple color with a light purple head. Really attractive. A sexy pour for sure. The aroma has big sweet grape and pinot noir. Juicy and rich with light notes of oak. The flavor is really juicy with insane grape character and solid funk in the background. Medium bodied. Mouthwatering with a perfect amount of tartness, some cherry and blackberry melding with the grape. It’s more of a fruity sour than an acid sour. Much like a wine, but juicier. Wow. This one surprised me.

On tap at bier thirty pours out a purple maroon color topped with a small head. Nose is big wine barrel notes plenty of grape and brett funk. Taste is more of the wine barrel presents a nice grape and brett funk going good on. This one works very well together.
