Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- yeasty, sweet malty, touch of hops. FLAVOR- neutral, quite bitter, malty, touch of yeast, noble and woody hoppy tones. Medium bodied.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Brewbaker Bellevue Pils ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, pale malt, sweet malt, light sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

330 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Clear yellow golden color with white to off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, grainy, grassy. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours cloudy Pale yellow with a frothy white head. Lots of carbonation - foamy. Green and herbal with a touch of sulphur and green apples. Dry finish. Not overly impressed.
