Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Figs & Grain. Pours clear deep brown with a small, foamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of dry cocoa, restrained raspberry, mellow earthy hops. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, more bittersweet chocolate, well toasted malts, tangy raspberries. Very tasty.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Nose is dark chocolate, raisin, toffee, cocoa, coffee. Taste is chocolate caramel, coconut, toffee, cappuccino, raisin. Malty sweet finish.

Draft at the Coracle, Ironbridge. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, toffee caramel fudge, light chocolate with a smooth, rich, roasty, fudge, chocolate, light coffee, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
