Draft at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head and some clingy lace. The aroma is roasty malt, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, red berry fruits, light chocolate, boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
