A classic IPA inspired by the modern tradition, and named after our Brewmaster's hometown. It's all about the hops - bitterness and kettle hop aroma derived from Chinook and Ahtanum, then dry hopped with overly generous helpings of Mosaic and Citra to give a magnificent burst of grapefruit, tropical fruit and citrus flavours.

Draft at Brewhaha, Da Nang. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, light toffee, light sugary boiled sweet, light tropical citrus palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
