Draft at Rooster, Bui Vien. Poured a mostly clear light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, earthy, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
