Tap at Sommar, Waterloo Street, Birmingham. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, juicy tart grapefruit citrus, light floral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice but the grapefruit totally dominated which wasn’t great.
