Mein Wildes ist ein naturbelassenes, frisch vom Spundungstank abgefülltes, malzbetontes Zwickl mit dunkel bronzenem Farbton. Der geschmacklich dominanteste Bestandteil des Bieres wird durch das verwendete Malz bestimmt, welches für einen vollmundigen Körper mit leichten Schokoaromen im Nachtrunk sorgt. Die dezenten Hopfungen mit Hallertauer Traditionshopfen und Spalter Select verleihen dem Bier eine angenehme Bittere.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light bready and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 250616

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours hazy deep copper with a creamy white head. Caramel, bread, yeast and grass. Carbonation is a tad too fizzy. Otherwise tasty.

Bottle. Chestnut, low tan head. Dry, light tart roast nose, chewy fruity malt base, bready, nutty, good classi hop profile cuts through the caramel in the finish. Medium full chewy body, light sparkly.Nice.

Mein erstes Solarbier - was immer das auch ausmacht. Optisch geht schonmal die Sonne auf, dunkelrot, feiner Schaum. In der Nase schöne Karamellen. Im Trunk herrlich kernig, herbmalzig, hintenweg ganz leicht bitter. Süffig, lecker.

Lahev: Hazy, chestnut- amber coloured, small and persistent off-white foamy layer; distinctive caramelly to toasty nose with traces of coffee and chocolate; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied, soft; lingering sweet caramelly and chocolatey finish with a delicate - balancing - bitterness in the aftertaste. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark and slightly ruby amber colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Smells a bit like a dark Bock: slightly molassy dark malty aroma with caramel and bready notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Caramelly and moderately bready malty base with very little hoppy spice far in the background; malt accented and moderately sweet finish. Decent, unfiltered Amber Lager/Vienna. 06.IX.15

Leicht trübes dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer großen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig, leicht nussig, Karamell. Geschmack kräftig malzig, Karamell, nussig, gering hopfig bitter, ok!
