We have used our favourite NEIPA malt bill and water profile for a super smooth ‘pintable’ beer, low bitterness and balanced sweetness so it’s not too cloying.
We’ve chosen Mosaic our favourite work horse hop and paired it with Columbus which brings freshness and brightens up the beer to a new level. Then into the dry-hop we are going all out no expense spared on the amazing original hop blend 'Cyro pop’ this is the cutting edge of hop science, selected hops are chosen via HPLC analysis to give a blend that has the most survivable and dissolvable flavours.

Keg at BCF Taps, 16/03/2025.
Hazed orange with a white cap that thins to the edge over time.
Nose is orange zest, melon, papaya, soft malts.
Taste comprises mixed tropicana, light pine nip, grapefruit, papaya, ripe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy session affair.

440ml can from Vinny & Ted, Chalfont St Peter. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, malt, peachy mango passionfruit, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Rather floral up front which dissipated after the beer got some air.
