Draught. Hazy orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is apples, some fruits and mild citrusy tones. Flavour is herbal, citrusy with a slight tart/sour apple and wooden edge to it.

Draft. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of apples, brettanomyces, over ripe fruits, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is lemons, apples, brettanomyces, and dusty hops, leading to a tart finish.

[ As Hornbeer Bretty Apple ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, grass, leather, brett, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, brett, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]
