Draft at Nipa Brew, Makati City. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, warm alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a somewhat light, crisp, herbal, yeasty, gluey, light toffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not the worst tripel I’ve had but very light bodied and does not really compare with anything from Belgium.
