Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’14, day 1, 02/12/14. Very lightly hazed amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is apple orchard, woody, twigdom personified, earthy, light spice. Taste comprises orchard fruit, green apple, malt, raw wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Twiggy nonsense.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate is light and dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweet floral dried fruits. Little orange. Fresh apple. Light crisp finish. A bit messy and too dry.
