Draft at Jim and Dad’s, Taipei. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a bubbly off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, with a smooth, slightly watery, floral, boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
