Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long roasted, burned, chocolate and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and liqourice. Roasted malty, toffee, liqourice and coffee. Dense dark malty and liqouice toffee. Dry and slight herbal. Dark breadish. Roasted and bitter far finish, rich.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - pours black with tan head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste, with chocolate prominence, some caramel sweetness coming in, solid hoppy backing, roasted finish. Lovely.

Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and bread, leading ti a dry roasted finish.
