Can. Nice yeasty slightly spicy saison yeasty aroma, slightly flowery, quite authentic. Flowery note that is a bit watery and slightly citrussy. palate also quite watery flavor is flowery, slightly flavorfully herbal - perhaps the buckwheat. A tiny bit too sweet and watery, aroma was saison'ish, but flavor is weak, watery, sweet, not enough oomph.

Sample from tap at DØE beer festival. Unclear golden colour with a creamy, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pepper, floral hoppy notes. The taste is light bitter. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of pepper, lemons, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of pepper, malt, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.
