50cl Fles van Funky Hops. Iets mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Fris, bloemig, licht moutig, citroenschil, hint van honing, jasmijn, medium zoet, zacht-bitter. Lichte body. Prima.

Nice malty pils aroma, no off flavors, maybe a tiny bit of honey aroma, good neutral pils bitterness. really good. Flavor is quite malty slightly bready slightly sweet with a good solid bitter european style hopping to balance. hops are aromatic even though they are neutral. all in all a great slightly sweet pils. The kind of pils that would work really really well with food.
