bottle from chania shop, crete. hazy yellow , huge white head, lively out of the bottle but not a gusher. very nice flowers and coriander aroma, slightly herbal , slighlly flowery hoppy, great herabal yeasty notes. Very good blonde ale, could be belgian. flavor is a bit more messy and wild, bretty yeasts add both yeasty and bitter notes, the malty sweetness and hoppy floweriness is more in the background. However, the flavor is true to the belgian style and i like the beer a lot.
