can from beergium to the brewer : please print canned or best before date, I have no idea if this can is fresh or 4 years old. I will rate is assuming it is reasonably fresh. hazy yellow, small yellow head. looks like beer. aroma is sweetened citrus fruity with notes of vanilla, oranges flavor is a bit cloying vanilla sweet with notes of oranges and a bitterness that is driven it seems by alcohol. the sourness is weirdly sweetened, and then the vanilla adds to that weirdness, there is some leather like notes from the wild yeast but all the added stuff imho more mesess things up than refine them. I've had other fruited sours that were a lot better than this one, but then, i'm not really a dessert afficionado so milky pastry fruity sweet is not my thing.
