Bottle. Pours inky black with not much head and no residual. Aroma is cookieish. Espresso, caramel, cinnamon, cookies, fudge. Flavor is pretty sweet, light plus bitter. Full body. Fine enough I suppose

Sample at the taproom. Brown-black pour with a medium thin light beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. The aroma consists of malt, chocolate, coffee and cinnamon. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, cinnamon and roast coffee. The finish is roasty and spicy with a malt and coffee aftertaste. Good beer all around.
