Poured from 750mL bottle @ July Black Xmas. Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Coconut, oolong and lime leaves giving a nice natural earthy leafy note, bright and enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is lime, dusty, tangerine. Flavor is light tart, light funk. Light body, lingering citrus.

On tap at Chuck's Greenwood, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of coconut and lime leaf upfront, followed by bergamot, kiwi and gentle rustic undertones. Flavour is sharp, with plenty of rustic notes, lots of coconut, kiwi, and intense lime leaf. Carbonation is above average with increases the sharpness. Fun stuff but not one of the more elegant Fair Isle saisons.
