Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: brassy yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some lemony hops with light grassy to straw-like whiffs and a biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty quality; finishes the same way
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue, no hop bitterness
Overall: I can see it as a German pilsener I think I could come back to.

Lemon, milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet lemon, creamy biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

On tap at The Greats of Craft NYC, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma smells like one of those Hair of the Dog concrete egg scents, with biscuity malt, and straw. Flavour is sharp, with somewhat metallic notes, biscuity malt, and straw. Crisp bitterness from the hops on the finish. Weird expression that I cant quite put my finger on.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is wet grass, orange blossom, sage, raw wheat, and lemongrass. Sweet and malty, with a resinous, citrusy bitterness. Light, crisp, sticky, and a touch acidic. Bright, grainy, and smooth. Quality.
