Modern Helles Lager brewed with Riwaka hops for delicate floral and citrus notes. We decocted an all Admiral malt base of Pilsner with a new Admiral malt, Hella Cara, a light Cara-Helles style malt. Nice round, almost honey malt and cracker notes. Bright and crisp from a 6-week lagering, and completely naturally carbonated and clarified. We brewed this in collaboration with our good friends Cerebral Brewing in Denver.
