For this West Coast Pilsner we joined forces with the Lager Lords & Titans of American IPA from Portland, Oregon: Von Ebert Brewing. We endeavored to brew a beautifully balanced Pilsner beer that is soft, round, clean and effortlessly drinkable. Comfort in a glass. But to be clear-we had no intention of stopping there. We applied all of the hopping techniques in our play book with a carefully engineered blend of Centennial, Strata, Mosaic Cryo and Cascade.

Can. Pours hazy yellow, medium fluffy white head, great lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, guava, pine. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, hint of grain but truly hop forward. Medium body.
