German wheat beers tend to be pale and refreshing... but that isn't always the case. Weizenbocks aren't as easy to spot as Hefeweizens, but if you look for them it is worth the effort! We brewed this version with bready German Munich and Vienna malts, and both light and dark wheat malts, and hopped with German Tettnang for a subtle balancing bitterness. We can-conditioned it for higher carbonation and more aging potential!
