Draught. Coppery black colour with a small beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malts and some mild chocolate with big time ashy tones too. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, ashes and some mild chocolate. One dimensional and way too roasted and ashy to be really enjoyable.

From tap. Pours hazy amber to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish and toasted. Dry, breadish and roasted. Dry malty finish.

Draft. A black beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As DTU Irsk Kaffe ].Unclear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, light coffee, moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, light coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

Draught at KØ16. Mild fruity aroma. Hazy dark chestnut colour. Small creamy tan head. The flavour is caramelly with a low bitterness.
