This West Coast Triple IPA will engulf you in waves of hoppy nirvana. A simple grist of pilsner malt and flaked wheat lay a straightforward foundation allowing the punchy hop combo of Simcoe, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin to shine. While the Mosaic beams with over-the-top ripe fruit character, the Simcoe and Nelson provide balance with notes of honeydew melon and a slightly more piney/dank character.

Can. Pours crystal clear golden, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, touch of passionfruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Pretty traditional wc hop and malt profile, sweetness consistent with a triple. Clean. Medium body. Bit of an ABV burn
