Our version of an American Pale Ale characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney, resinous New Zealand hops, with a medium-bodied beer with notes of low to medium caramel, and carries with it a toasted maltiness. Attributed to the simplicity of its ingredients, which include toasty pale malt, a clean fermenting ale beer yeast, and the counterbalance of New Zealand hops for a refreshing Pale Ale. Tap. Pours opaque orange juice, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is light, pine, hint of bark, orange. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Merlin body, low carbonation.
