Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, honey, yeast. Medium body, honey, funk, yeast, wood, light tartness, very nice.

Tap. Pours clear pale golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is bugs, honey, hints of grass, touch of lemon. Flavor is delicately tart but lemony, field honey notes, sara funk. Light body, mineral notes. Not super complex.

As much of a barrel aged saison brewed with honey and it can be. Fuuuuudge ton of honey and great mouth feel with oaky mellowness in the nose and finish to round it out.
