One for the Kolsch-lovers, this beer has a subtle but sophisticated hop profile and an elegant hint of fruitiness to balance the dry finish. It is pale straw yellow with a clear appearance, and a high carbonation gives this beer a lively palate, while keeping it smooth & drinkable.

Pours a mostly clear gold with nice small fluffy white top. Cereal grainy aroma with a hint of toastiness, some sweetness, slightly yeasty. Taste as above with light fruit hint. Soft mouthfeel, well carbonated for the style without being too aggressive. Decent.

Thin white head on still clear golden coloured body. Faint malt & cigarette aroma. Medium bodied, lifeless & limp. Wet cardboard, tobacco & malt tastes. Very poor & yet another fake Beer52 brewery beer.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a loose white head; aroma of cereal grain and yeast; clean, slightly sour grain taste; then a light grassy bitterness and a hint of banana. A pleasant Kolsch.
