Draught. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, tart wooden and mild acidic tones to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some tart wooden tones and also a rather acidic edge to it. Unpleasantly sour.

Draft @ Ølfestival 2016. Pours a hazy amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart vinegar aroma. Fruity sour tart acidic vinegar flavor. Has a fruity sour tart vinegar finish.

Draft. An Amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

[ As Hornbeer Brewers Sour ].Unclear - hazy medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to light heavy wood, vinegar, dough, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, dough, bread, vinegar, tart, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20160519]

Draught at KØ16. Acetone aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. No head. The flavour has some acetone to begin with, then comes a nice acetic and biting fruity acid. OK sweetness to balance. Thin mouthfeel.
