Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Brummagem. Hazy light caramel colour. Fruity citric and tropical notes to start but then you get a bitter drying herbal finish. Smooth, medium bodied. Had a nice bitter kick to it without being overdone. Enjoyable.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo Street. Poured a murky golden yellow colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, piney, grassy, resin, tart citrus, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg draught at Sommar Leicester. Bright yellow/gold, impenetrably hazy. Big hoppy aroma, gorgeous yet contained. Lots of big citrus and berry notes along with that otherwise indescribable lupulin smell. Sweet taste, again massive hops force a good balance from the finish. Grassy and citrus aftertaste. The distilled essence of hop, and at 5.5%. Wow.
