Brewed in Edinburgh, in collaboration with the Swedish sour legends at Elmeleven.

Keg draught at the Castle, Leicester. Pink, hazy with a small off-white head. Aroma of Light strawberry, creamy character. Lightly sour taste, strawberry puree. Slightly vegetal midway through. Thick body, medium carbonation. Not the most impressive beer they've pit out but certainly passable.

Can from Beer52. Pours a hazy pink tinged light amber with some thin off white covering. Aroma of tart strawberry, lactose, grains, yeast. Taste is tart, decent fruitiness, somewhat funky, cereals, mid-sour finish. Medium bodied. Good.

330ml can - Pours an opaque peach-pink colour with a small frothy pale pink head. The aroma is strawberry icecream, strawberries and lactose. A juicy and fruity sour taste, tart strawberries and milky flavours with a drying moderately sour fruity finish.

Can with Joe. Pours hazy pinkish, nose is cream, strawberry, taste is juicy strawberry, funky, creamy.
