Draught. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is toasted, some sweet malts, mild fruity and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, wooden and some herbal tones. Mild toasted tones.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt and lighter notes of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, and straw.

Ølfestival. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with lots of bread and grain. Sweet malty flavour with bread, herbs grass and a light touch of funk

DØE. Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity, slightly bretty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 190516

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry toasted slight malty. Bitter, mild fruity and slight toasted. Sweet and finish. Toasted and slight fruity finish.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Svaneke Brett Pilsner ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, brett notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught at KØ16. Mild buttery aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity with a little vegetable and creamy. Does not have much brett character, but perhaps it is going to develop. Still good, though.
